To get to the correct page and add meter readings:

• From your Utility Meters Dashboard click on the desired device name.
• Click the “Add Reading” button at the bottom left.

Enter Manual Readings

 Single Readings

• Select date.
• Enter meter Reading (Black digits).
• Enter meter Reading (Red digits) :optional.
• Click Enter Reading(s) button.

Multiple Readings:

• Click  on “Add New Row” button
• Select Date for each row
• Enter Meter Readings for each row
• Click Enter Reading(s) button.

Upload CSV

Several lines of meter readings can be easily entered by saving them and importing as a  CSV file. to import:

• Click the “Sample CSV file” to download a sample file which should guide you in the structuring of your CSV file.
• Under the import CSV File section, click the “choose file” button.
• Select your desired CSV file.
• Click the “import CSV” button.
