If you are planning to use more water than usual, normally you would be able to turn the alerts off in FlowReporter or click “ignore alert” in the first alert notification. However these options aren’t available when the device is offline.
In which case, with the valve already open, simply press “Open” on the Base unit either before or during the event to prevent the water switching off for that event. On Gen2 devices, hold for 1 second until you hear a beep.
