The alerts table displays all unacknowledged alerts:
- Minor alerts are displayed in orange,
- Major (shutoff) alerts are displayed in red.
The Date and time of each alert indicated when that alert was sent (which may be different to when the incident happened if the device was offline) – it is a clickable link which displays the graph for that specific event.
If the consumption shows something like “<0.5 litres per minute“, the alert was due to a dripping leak which was so small that it would be inaccurate to show a total.
To clear/archive the alerts, tick “Acknowledge” on the alerts you want to clear, then click the “Acknowledge” button.
You can see all archived alerts by clicking on the “Alert History” button.
