This is the main page for your Splash Sensor:

Top of the page will include the name and current status; red = wet, green = dry, yellow = offline.

  1. All the alerts which you (as a user) have received, including if the valve closed and when the sensor became dry. If sending to another user, this page will only show new alerts they have received.
  2. You can archive alerts to remove them from this page, useful for tracking if the problem has been fixed. Your alerts are always available under “Archived”.
  3. Enable/Disable All Leak Alerts, only available for owners of a sensor, enables/disables the alerts for all users.
  4. Enable/Disable Leak Alerts, to start/stop receiving alerts to your email and phone. Other users will not be affected.
  5. Enable/Disable Connection Alerts, to start/stop receiving disconnection alerts (when this sensor has not be seen for more than 24 hours).
  6. Send access to other users. Requires an email address to send to and, preferably, the receiving user to have already registered on FlowReporter.
  7. Other users allow you to view/edit/remove (if your permission allows) all users connected with this sensor. It will include the same permissions used in other parts of FlowReporter.
  8. If there is a valve attached to this sensor, and your permission allows, you will have the ability to control the valve.
  9. If there is a valve attached to this sensor, and your permission allows, you will have the ability to view the valve log (history of valve actuations).
  10. Choose which valve is attached to his sensor.
  11. Useful sensor device details including ID, online status, battery status and signal strength.
  12. Rename this sensor, for your reference only – does not affect other users.
  13. Delete this sensor under your account. If you are the owner, this also deletes the sensor configuration and removes it from other users too, so use with caution. If you are not the owner, this will just delete if off your account only – the configuration will still be available for the owner and any other users.
