Device does not show on my dashboard after registering device

If, after registering a device and going through the process of connecting it online, you do not see your device on your dashboard, it will be because the configuration has not been set up.


Ideally the configuration screen shows after device registration, but in the rare case that it does not, please copy the device ID (shown on the barcode of the product) and navigate to:


https://flowreporter.com/loggedin/register_key.php?mac=[INSERT DEVICE ID HERE]
