FlowReporter Service and Subscription Terms

1. The Agreement:

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlowReporter, the online software/app service provided by Quensus Limited ("Quensus"). By using FlowReporter, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which include:

2. Free Trial Terms:

• Trial Start and Length: Your free trial begins immediately upon signing up and lasts for 1 month.
• Transition to Subscription: Your subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You authorize Quensus to charge your payment method at the stated rate, plus applicable taxes.
• Cancellation During Trial: Cancel anytime by contacting Customer Support. No charges apply if cancelled before the trial ends.
• Trial Eligibility: Quensus determines eligibility and may modify or terminate trials at its discretion.

3. Subscription Terms:

• Subscription Start and Renewal: Your subscription starts after payment and renews annually unless cancelled. You authorize ongoing charges to your payment method.
• Pricing and Taxes: Quensus may adjust rates upon renewal with notice and the option to cancel. Applicable taxes are added.
• Payment Methods: Update payment info anytime. Failed payments may result in charges to alternate methods or subscription suspension.
• European Economic Area Customers: Your bank may require additional authentication for purchases and future charges.

4. Cancellation Terms:

• Cancellation Method: Cancel anytime through Customer Support.
• Refund for Early Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of the initial order.
• Cancellation After 14 Days: Prorated fee based on usage applies, and service continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Additional Terms from Quensus Limited:

• Account Creation and Validation: Create an account and validate your email to use FlowReporter. Quensus may require payment for services upon validation.
• Paid Services: Terms for paid subscriptions, including renewal, pricing, taxes, and cancellation.
• Test Services (Beta): Terms for using beta features, acknowledging potential risks and limitations.
• Intellectual Property Rights: You retain ownership of your data, and Quensus owns the FlowReporter service and associated intellectual property.
• Suspension and Termination: Quensus may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may terminate by deleting your account.
• Warranties and Liability: Quensus provides FlowReporter "as is" and disclaims certain warranties. Liability limitations apply.

Additional Considerations:

• Data Access and Backups: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Quensus is not liable for data loss.
• Third-Party Services Downtime: Quensus's liability for downtime of third-party services is limited.
• Governing Law and Dispute Settlement: English law governs these Terms, and disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
